Rebirthing Breathwork In The Light System

Reconnect with yourself through the transformative practice of Conscious Connected Breathing in a safe, supportive group setting. This guided rebirthing breathwork experience is designed to help release stored stress and emotional tension, regulate the nervous system, expand self-awareness, and cultivate a deeper sense of peace, clarity, and vitality.
Our session will begin with a grounding meditation, introductions, and an overview of the rebirthing process so you’ll feel prepared and supported every step of the way. You’ll learn the breathing technique, explore what may arise physically, emotionally, or spiritually, and be guided through gentle preparation exercises before beginning the breathwork journey.
The heart of the experience is 40–60 minutes of Conscious Connected Breathing, followed by a deeply restorative integration period in stillness. We will close with a sharing circle and practical recommendations to help you integrate the experience into your daily life.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or have an established practice, this session offers an opportunity to reconnect with your body, process what no longer serves you, and return to yourself with greater presence, resilience, and compassion.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water, and arrive a few minutes early to settle into the space. Every experience is unique, and you are encouraged to move at your own pace throughout the journey.
